Need a Simple Request Graphix

I could prolly do this myself, but i got alot im working on, I need a Battle for beats Graphix, and PSD included just so i could keep the graphic and go back in and change the v.1 v.2 so on, I would like it to be 2 boxing gloves with a mic between them, that says battle in one glove, 4 over the mic stand and beats in the other glove, then v.2 since that will be the next version, in the next contest, I wanna put this on youtube, so if you do this, i can add a link to your graphix,

Also if someone is willing to make a not over crazy mixtape cover for the next winner that would be hella dope 2, Let me know whats good, One

ill try the battle for beats logo tomorrow, have gotten rusty though im sure.

not great with mixtape/cd covers but i could try that as well. need to work on mine anyways.

Here's the full-size image, and one without the "v.2"...i use Photoimpact X3, so it would be a .ufo file if you want the pieces.
